I am a co-steward of The We ONEing, an online inter-spiritual community devoted to a partnered contemplative practice grounded in relational presence.
In addition to my work with The We ONEing, I offer one-on-one and group work for those engaging their psychological, spiritual, and relational development.
This work is not about fixing or optimizing the self. It invites a shift in perception—one that allows deeper coherence, expanded awareness, and more integrated ways of relating to emerge.
ONEing
ONEing is practiced with eyes open, with periods of silence and spoken reflection, allowing awareness to arise within and between participants. Rather than being taught as a technique, the practice is learned through direct participation—over time, the shared field itself becomes the teacher.
Advocacy of the Heart
Advocacy of the Heart names a way of living and responding in which the heart itself becomes the advocate, the teacher, and the guide.
In this orientation, the heart is not sentiment or moral preference. It is an organ of perception—capable of sensing truth, holding complexity, and discerning how to remain in relationship without collapse or domination.
When the heart is trusted in this way, advocacy no longer begins from opposition or reactivity. It arises from presence.
