I have a PhD in Developmental Psychology, and am the founder of the Heart of Advocacy, a certified Spiritual Director, certified Biofield Tuning Practitioner, and a Shared Awakening Teacher. In my work, I offer both private and group coaching sessions that support my clients to actively engage their growth and awakening processes in order to free themselves from habitual patterns and old wounds, uplevel their relational capacities, access untapped potentials, expand their development beyond their current stage, and discover deeper meaning and higher purpose in their personal and collective lives. The modalities I use include:
Stages Model of Human Development (O’Fallon)
Interpersonal Neurobiology (Siegel)
Biofield Tuning (McKusick)
I have an M.A. and Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology from the University of Vermont, a B.A. in Biology from Dartmouth College, and a B.A. in Psychology from Seattle Pacific University.
I earned my certification in Spiritual Direction from the Institute of Spiritual Development in Burlington, Vermont.
I completed a Mindsight Immersion training with Dr. Daniel Siegel and use the tools of Interpersonal Neurobiology in my work.
In addition, I have almost three decades of experience as a practitioner of Contemplative Prayer and other forms of meditative and awareness practices, and have been a longtime student of the Enneagram, family constellation theory, somatic experiencing, Spiral Dynamics, Integral Theory, and restorative justice practices.
I use an integrative approach that supports my clients’ growth and development across multiple lines of intelligence including psychological, consciousness, emotional, spiritual, and relational.
