Let’s Work Together

Whether one-on-one or in a group, this work begins from a shared commitment to presence, relationship, and the intelligence of the heart.

I work with individuals and communities who sense that meaningful change—personal, relational, and collective—cannot come from effort or optimization alone, but from a shift in how we perceive and participate in life together.

Orientations that Guide the Work

My work is grounded in two interwoven orientations:

ONEing is a partnered contemplative practice rooted in shared presence. Through eyes-open awareness, silence, and spoken reflection, participants learn to sense and inhabit a shared interior field where perception itself begins to shift.

Advocacy of the Heart names an ethical and relational orientation: to be in, with, and for one another without collapse or domination. From this ground, new possibilities for relationship, responsibility, and action can emerge.

These are not techniques or programs. They are ways of orienting that shape how we meet ourselves, one another, and the world.

Individual and Group Work

Both ONEing and the Advocacy of the Heart inform my work with individuals and with groups.

In one-on-one sessions, we attend together to lived experience as it unfolds—psychological, relational, and spiritual—allowing new coherence and insight to arise through relational presence rather than analysis alone.

In group settings, these same orientations support shared awakening, mutual recognition, and the cultivation of relational fields where learning and transformation become collective rather than individual endeavors.

How We Meet

I offer sessions online via Zoom and, at times, in person, as well as group gatherings and retreats by arrangement.

Each engagement is shaped by what becomes possible in the shared field, rather than by a predetermined agenda or outcome.

If you feel drawn to explore this way of working together, I welcome your inquiry.
